1. How do you usually work with clients?
Our goal is to help you overcome anxiety and prevent burnout. The way we do that is we train you on how to manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as well a teach you time management strategies so that you can feel calm, grounded, and energized while meeting the demands of your work and family life with confidence and ease.
High achievers tend to push themselves too hard, often holding perfection as a goal. They work in industries that have high demands, but the demands keep piling up when they are at home due to their family responsibilities.
Over time, they can become overwhelmed by both the external and internal demands, feel anxious about how they will accomplish them in the time they have, and pour all their energy into their tasks until they run out of steam.
When they came into this space, they wanted to make a difference in the world, but in the process, their own wellbeing has deteriorated, preventing them from being the best version of themselves both at home and at work.
It doesn’t have to be this way. When you look at the difference between burned out high achievers and successful ones, you notice a difference in approach. The successful ones manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They utilize time management strategies to get more done in less time. They set boundaries and have clarity about who they are and how they want to show up.
To be able to continue to do what you love without burning out, all you have to do is manage yourself and your resources. This will allow you to replace anxiety with calm, fatigue with energy, and burnout with resilience. You will no longer be the person that life happens to. You will be in control of your mind. You will believe in your ability to get things done and thereby increase your confidence and your execution. You will be intentional and utilize your executive functioning to plan and strategize about what, how, and when to accomplish the essentials. You will stand out as someone who is unstoppable.
The way this changed in my life was by putting systems into place to allow me to do my best work helping my clients and patients while having time for myself and my family.
Over the past 20 years of helping others with their mental health and their professional and personal lives, I have built the foundations to my transformational approach.
And this is what I’m going to give you. We will customize and develop those systems together to fit your needs and ensure you are empowered to redesign your mind and your life.
2. What can I expect from the call?
We’re going to do a high level analysis so we can determine the root issue of what leads to stress, anxiety, or overwhelm, and once we are both clear on that, we’ll discuss your goals. If we determine that working with Dr. Sharon is your next best step toward achieving your goals and solving your root anxiety or burnout issue, we will talk about that. If it ends up not being a fit, we will still point you in the direction of resources that will help you.
3. Who is Dr. Sharon Grossman?
Dr. Sharon Grossman coaches high achievers all over the world who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout. She works with them to stay calm, even in situations that are seemingly scary, to effectively manage the demands on their time, and quickly bounce back from adversity.
