From the outside, it might seem like I have it all figured out. Business advisor, corporate trainer, keynote speaker – these titles sound impressive, right? But the truth is, it wasn’t always a smooth journey.

Before the empowering workshops and best-selling books, there was a different me. Juggling a demanding career as a psychologist with the responsibilities of a young family and a blind husband, I felt constantly overwhelmed. I had the knowledge to make a real difference, but the stress of managing everything was suffocating. I craved balance, purpose, and a way to empower not just myself, but others with the same struggles.

I realized the power of my psychology background wasn’t just for individual therapy, but for transforming entire teams and organizations. What if I could help people who are burned out understand that they don’t necessarily have to leave their jobs?
